AARON GOODVIN TELLS HIS STORY IN NEW EP DRINKIN’ HAND

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – JUNE 20, 2025 – Platinum-selling, CCMA Award-winning country artist Aaron Goodvin delivers his most personal project to date with the release of his brand new EP, Drinkin’ Hand, available everywhere today (LISTEN HERE).

The six-song collection chronicles Goodvin’s life over the past few transformative years – from overcoming his battle with alcohol to becoming a father and finding a new outlook on life. Along the way, he’s earned millions of streams, scored Top 40 radio hits and sparked a global line dance craze.

Anchored by the powerful, autobiographical title track, Drinkin’ Hand walks a fine line between vulnerability and celebration. The EP features “Country Dance” (3M+ streams and counting), the feel-good romance of “Written All Over It and the heartfelt reality check of “Your Time to Stay.” Rounding out the release are two new tracks – the heartfelt “Not Too Much to Hate” and the sing-a-long summer anthem and next radio single Said No Redneck Ever, co-written with hitmaker Brent Baxter and Nashville artist Trea Landon.

“Trea put his southern spin on it and I began to realize that growing up in northern Alberta and listening to Jeff Foxworthy’s ‘You Might Be A Redneck’ as a kid, I related to the song, too!” Aaron says of “Said No Redneck Ever.” “Anyone whose mom is a great cook, or just likes to have fun on Friday night, or who loves their dog, can totally relate! When I perform it live, it’s a true and instant sing-a-long song. The audience participation is amazing, and when we wrote it, that’s exactly what we wanted!”
